Never heard back from this company. Got incorrect size on a comp card I ordered.

Seeing all these good reviews has me so confused. I ordered digital files of my comp cards for 25 and when I got them I was so upset. I could’ve done the formatting myself on pic stitch and when I went to have them printed, they weren’t even the correct size (8.5 x 5.5). The worst part is, when I called to complain, the guy I spoke to, who said he was the owner, was extremely rude. He discredited and talked over me and didn’t even offer a viable solution. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again.
Adolphus was the bomb-diggity-bomb!!!! He was attentive, expressive and direct which is what I loved about him. He understands geometry as it pertains to modeling. Not to mention, he was very receptive towards my judgment of the photos. He gave me a platform to be a model and this is why the company name \modelplatform\ is so appropriate. Thanks a lot, this was the best photoshoot I have ever done in my life.

I needed headshots for my modeling portfolio and was looking for a reliable company that would cater to my needs. I came across model platform and was impressed with what I saw on their site. I had questions about the products and customer service was very helpful and patient. I went ahead and used them and must admit that I am extremely satisfied with what I received. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to my model peers.
