Manager was positive by doing just that being positive, now if only the employees working there this evening 12/13/2020 could learn a thing or two about great customer service. I love this store! It has everything I like to wear at nice prices. I used to be hesitant to go to the store because a cashier wasn't the most nice and made buying awkward with the negativity. Thankfully, after buying many times at the store on different days, it seems that person no longers works at Cotton On. I wish there would be someone always posted at the dressing rooms because they're locked and you have to ask someone to open them.

Beware of discrimination in DISNEY, CRAZY 8 AND COTTON ON KIDS. Every visit has been unpleasant. Certain attitudes towards certain customer. I shop a lot with my children and we have been treated like criminals every visit until we buy. once we spend it's some what happy goodbyes. I can't believe it's 2018 and yet my children and I get treated as if we're coming through the back door to shop. Smh! At racism...
