Called to get a general idea/estimate on a price range to have my machine serviced. I know it depends on whats wrong and such but I just wanted to know a starting point so I knew if I could bring my machine down now or if I need to wait a bit depending on the cost. The guy who I talked to was sarcastic and kind of rude. I am very disappointed because of the reviews for the other machine shops in my area were bad and that is why I didn't go to the other businesses. I read the great reviews on here and had high hopes, but I guess it must be a running theme between sewing machine techs to be rude to customers wanting to spend money in their shops?? Oh well I guess I will keep looking. Very sad and disappointed. I just want me machine serviced and to be treated kindly by the person doing it.
