Peaceful soak with beautiful mountain views. 3 different temperature pools with plenty of seating (not natural rock.) Staff was very friendly and accomodating to our family with our 8 month old baby. They provided us with a kiddie pool on the side to fill with warm water for him, which was amazing! Such a good idea. It was the only hot springs we contacted that offered this. He played with toys and soaked for an hour and half while we both soaked and enjoyed ourselves too. Pleasantly surprised! Changing rooms are small, but overall we loved it and actually returned again the next day to do it again. Thanks for a relaxing and comfortable time!

Probably the most natural type setting Hot Springs environment I ever experienced. I've only been to three hot springs and this was one of them. I enjoyed the scenery that you have access to when you are soaking. The staff are very wonderful and helpful and I will definitely bring my family back here and the prices are just right.

Fun for all and all in one this place is great. My little kids got to use the kidde pool. NO WATER FOR RV'S!! But you will get find its not so bad. Great place to visit.

Claims to be a 5 star place but it absolutely did NOT reach 5 stars. The "meals" provided were not enough to fill a child and you only got meat if you asked for it and then it was only 3 small bites. The bathrobes and towels they provided were is horrible shape! Ratty around the edges and some even had holes in them. The "hot springs" were basically just hot tubs that smelled so strongly of chlorine that I didn't even want to get in. It was an expensive experience that was NOT worth the money spent. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Last minute mini-vacation (anniversary surprise) during family vacation, kid free. Excellent customer service. Great pasta dinner with all the fixins. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

We had such a nice time here. Stayed in the lodge. Was a little bummed to find that our king room did not have a back porch, was one of the reasons I booked the lodge. May have been listed in the description but I did not see mention of that for the king rooms. Aside from that, the entire experience was just lovely. We especially enjoyed the extra hot pool. The pools were not overly crowded and the staff seemed to do a good job making sure the common spaces were not overly crowded. Absolutely serene and relaxing experience. Will definitely be back.

Rooms were clean, although the walls were pretty thin sound-wise. Hot springs were so relaxing. The staff was great and the food was good. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing weekend

If you need to relax, this is the place. We stayed the night...dinner ( which was fantastic and vegan) and breakfast are included and you can soak from 4 pm to 9:50 pm. I found a new favorite!
