Decided to check this place out after one of my co-workers raved about it. I was hoping to do sit down for lunch, but it was only open for takeout at the time. I decided to try out their chicken pie (forgot if I asked for white or dark meat) and then a side of macaroni, which I thought meant mac and cheese, but was mistaken lolz The pie was good and filled with a lot of meat, but wished it had a bit more seasoning since it was a bit bland to me and then the macaroni was actually a macaroni salad, but had way too much onions and another ingredient for my taste. But it was the seasoning I needed to compliment the chicken pie.

So I'm writing this review at 4 am because I can't stop thinking about the mouth-watering meal I had 14 hours ago. I ordered a chicken sandwich w/ medium heat. , a mild breast and a wing mild and an extra spicy wing. I also ordered fries.

Totally old school place oddly located in a little plaza I loved the clam chowder tons clams and it had a great flavor. The pot pies are so cool I haven't seen anything like these any other place in LA. And s cool little touch that loved being from the east coast was franks hot sauce on all the tables so cool the gravy was yummy but one thing that was sub par was the green beans they are straight from the can, took away from the taste of the rest of the meal but overall really good
