My condo was flooded by a neglectful neighbor's cheap water heater while I was out of town. Having been told there was "a little water" coming out on top, I didn't rush back. In just a few days, the mold bloomed and water caused great damage. The upstairs unit was empty and there had been no one there to shut off the water at the source. One call to John set in motion a very thorough mold remediation and fine workmen to reconstruct my kitchen, bath and bedroom. John was honest about costs and helped with the insurance adjuster. John was easy to work with, answered all calls and questions personally. His crew is reliable and trustworthy. I was apprised of each step and nothing was done without my consent.

Went thru our condo and gave us steps to look into before going thru with a mold remediation.
