I bought my Kia Soul from Steve and Marty in 2016. I had such an awesome experience that I referred my first sister and she bought a Soul too! Then this past Saturday my other sister bought a Soul as well! Today my niece bought her Ford Fusion! These gentleman have literally become like family as well as Dan! I just recently had a oil change done at this location. It was my first time there, I regret going there and not just sticking to drivers choice in Davenport. I took my Nissan Rouge for the oil change and to get a scrubbing/scrapping sound checked out, which I believed to be my brakes or a hub assembly. After paying for my oil change Sean told me that the scrapping sound was from rust on the rotors, I believed him because I thought it made sense since this is my 3rd vehicle which STAYS in the garage. I paid and Sean told me that it’s just rust and to ride it out, and that also I have a small leak in my AC “something” he didn’t give me an exact location. He quotes me 1,200 for the work and said don’t worry about it it’s super small right now. I said okay and left, thanking them for the service. 2 days later I decided to have my 20” rims put on my Nissan since the DEALERSHIP said it wasn’t my brakes or a hub just rust. So while having the rims put on, the guy noticed that my brakes were so dangerously low that it was scrapping my rotors.!!!! I kept the brake pads just to show the lack of effectiveness this dealership is offering. One day after that, my A/c just all of sudden stops working!!!!! I’m like OMGOSH!!!!! Something was done to my truck, and I do not appreciate the manipulative tactics used to get a return customer! This is definitely not the way. And my fluids were not topped off. (The picture below is my coolant jug).
