I dropped my Range Rover for software updates on Jan 27th 2021 and I was told it will take no more than 2 days. It’s been more than 12 days and I have not gotten my car back. I am being told it will take another 7 days or so. On top of it the loaner is so small and inconvenient. I asked for bigger loaner vehicle at least close to Range Rover size but they won’t offer it. A lot of inconvenient from owning a Range Rover. I have owned Mercedes and BMW and never had this kind of issue. I expected more from owning 100k Range Rover. Now I worry of the saying that Range Rover is parked more in the repair shop than garage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RANGE ROVER and MOMENTUM LAND ROVER.
Really Bad Service, brought in a 2011 Land Rover Range Rover due to alarm issue, first they diagnosed and told us the issue was tailgate not closing properly, I paid them 1100 to fix and when i went their the car battery was dead and that usually happens when the alarm goes on again, anyway the manager assured me that it’s fine the manager’s name is James, and the service rep who was taking care of this was Nick, and the other day when I took the car it was the same issue, I brought it back to them and then never received a call from them called the manager 3 times he never answered, then after 2 weeks I got a call and they said it going to cost more 1600 to fix it because there was a battery terminal issue as well. I paid them 400 for diagnosis for nothing, they checked nothing just kept guessing on the actual problem with the car , these people are fraud wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this Land Rover Dealership, they are just here to scam people.
I took my vehicle to Momentum Land Rover because it was having electric issues and it is still under warranty. I had taken my vehicle to Momentum Land Rover for the exact same issues several months before. 1. My back windshield wiper sprays water for no reason at random times. 2. My smart key sometimes does not register with my vehicle. 3. The passenger seat sometimes does not adjust. I picked up my car Saturday morning to discover: 1. There is a new scratch on the back passenger door. 2. My key is completely broken being held together with a rubber band that was taken off my \Auto Alert\ mirror tag. I cannot tell if they fixed the passenger seat. I don't know if the back windshield wiper is repaired as it sprays randomly and it has not yet sprayed. I am extremely disappointed and upset about the scratch on my vehicle and the key being broken. What is worse is they did not even tell me either of these things happened when returning the keys to me. I did not notice the key was broken until I arrived home and my partner pointed it out to me. What is very disturbing is they repaired the key with a rubber band off my personal item! I had also requested a quote on my vehicle which they failed to deliver. If this is how they treat their customers I will not be back to purchase my new vehicle!
