Called on Friday morning and had a serviceman at my house Friday afternoon. Repair was done quickly and everything that he had to move was put back in place. Cost was very fair and repairman was polite and friendly. Hope I don't need to call any time soon but if I do I will definitely call them. Highly recommend.

This is a company Lowe's uses and was selected by them to come fix an issue with our dishwasher. Got a call from a guy who works there asking for the model number so he could just order the part before even coming to look what was going on with it. When I brought up that this part had just been replaced he told me to call Lowe's back and complain to them. He was very rude and unprofessional. Couldn't even put in the effort to come out and look to see what really was the issue with the dishwasher. Do your self a favor and avoid dealing with them!

They were available both on the phone and on their schedule, amiable while taking my call and in person, and available; called on a Monday morning, arrived on Tuesday afternoon. Courteous, professional, reasonable. Honestly, I can’t imagine what else you might want.
