I am a resident of Monarch and absolutely LOVE it! I’m graduating this year and I am so upset that I will no longer be continuing my stay. If my opinion matters to you I would say STAY HERE! The staff is awesome and friendly, and the response time is top tier when I need something handled. If you need any assistance just ask for Taryn! Very sweet and jovial.

Living at Monarch 301 for the past year has been nothing but amazing! The office staff and management have been very friendly and professional. The few maintenance requests I have had to put in have been taken care of very promptly - like within a few hours maintenance came, had Statesboro Appliance there, and fixed! The amenities are nice and well kept, and you can actually enjoy the pool since it's gated. The close proximity to campus is great - you can leave your apartment and walk to the Bio building in less then five minutes, the library in 10, or completely across campus in 20. Having trash chutes is a nice feature, so you don't have walk to the dumpster in the rain or cold. Monarch does a great job with communicating with residents via email and a private Facebook group. They also host great events on a regular basis.
The whole staff was super friendly and extremely helpful! I absolutely loved the property, it was gorgeous! India answered all of my questions and went out of her way to make sure I had what I needed(:
I love the Monarch! It is close to campus and the facilities are comfortable and well decorated. The service here is amazing! They know your question before you even ask it! The rooms are great for living simply and comfortably! There is an elevator, so moving in was easy. But there is not enough room for you to bring your entire home and closet, but that may just be me lol!
I enjoyed living at Monarch. The apartments were nice and matinence was done well and quickly. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rates are reasonable and the outside is safe and clean.
