Berkely installed a Minn Kota Terrova trolling motor on my Scout 177. They had no issues installing this on my boat and were able to find everything that I needed. The service department was very professional and their service was done very quickly.

This was my first visit today. I walked around inside and outside for about 15 minutes, saw several sales persons standing around talking to each other. Not one of them acknowledged my presence. I guess these guys don't work on commission. Next time I drive to Myrtle Beach and go to Bass Pro and just make a day of it.

I would like to thank Joe at Berkeley Outdoors for providing me with excellent customer service! Bought a Bulls Bay in March of 2020 with a 140 HP engine. After using the boat for a few months, I felt that the boat needed more engine to meet my families needs. Joe worked hand and hand with me to get me a new engine and gave me a very fair trade in value for my old engine. Let me say that they usually don't do this! During the process of changing the engine, there were some unforeseen issues that came about that were not discussed when we came to a price agreement; however JOE came through and covered the additional cost! He stood by his word! Thank you for your honesty and character!! BTW if you want a GREAT boat for a GREAT price buy a Bulls Bay!! We love ours!!
