Due to allergy concerns, the cook asked me if I wanted the grill washed before cooking my food. I said yes, so was put at the end of the line for cooking. While I didn't appreciate the wait, I was happy to not get someone's hot sauce in my food! Server was prompt and friendly. Food was good.
Very friendly & good selection. It is not as cheap as McDonald's (40 for 3 bowls, 3drinks & an appetizer)...but they do cook REAL food right in front of you:). Clean place to feed the family ... meat was frozen & veggies were kept cold enough that I had no second thoughts. If you're in Bozeman & like this type of food it's a great option. The only thing I would change is that it's charged by the bowl & not all-you-can-eat (that's just gluttony talking...my favorite deadly sin). Decor is dated...but it's not even unexpected with this type of restaurant, so that's just to set expectations & in no way takes away from the experience/food. Solid 4 stars based on taste, quality, friendliness & my preference for food cooked to order while I watch.
Food is always great at Mongolian and you can make it as healthy as you want. I like to stick to the veggies and white meats. They also have the rice noodles as a great alternative.
Nothing fancy, but I've never been disappointed here. Stir fry style, food 10 er person.

I love this place. Sure u get one trip, but that just means you got a think!...build yourself a tower...put the small things on bottom, etc. Make a game of seeing how much you can get in one bowl. I can eat for 2 days off one and it tastes amazing!...if your on a budget and want good food try out this budget man/woman's gem.
Always love this place. Like the Frozen meats and all the veges. Love the way it's cooked on round grill for you to watch
