Dr. Holmes knows what he is doing and does it without any of the 'fluff'. Other places will have you doing all types of unnecessary warm ups and pre treatment things to get additional money out of your insurance. Dr. Holmes makes sure all the treatment he provides is necessary and it definitely works. I've gone to him with several muscular and back problems only to see results ranging from 1 visit to a few (depending on the severity of the issue). Highly recommend Monmouth Spine & Soft Tissue and Dr.Holmes for all your chiropractic, spine, and soft tissue needs!

We've been to a number of chiropractors over the years, and we really like Dr. Chris - who we regularly see now. He provides great adjustments and he works on soft-tissue also - if you have a non-joint strain or injury. I like that he's a fitness-minded chiropractor.
