When my sons car was stolen using the spare key out of another vehicle that was broken into, even though the car was recovered we had to worry about them coming back since they still had the key. I called and let them know the situation, they had my son come by right away so he could delete the keys from the vehicle and reprogram the key he still had. We will be going back when the new spare comes in. What he did was a huge help as we were nightly having to box in my son's car to ensure they could not steal it again. This is the second time I've used them, the first was when my teenage daughter lost her keys at school, they were able to work us in then also and go to the school and make her a new key.

We lost the only key to our 2011 Honda Insight. They came to where the car was parked and cut and programmed two new keys. It wasn't cheap, but it cost far less than getting towed to a dealership. They provided an accurate quote over the phone, and got the job done that morning.
