I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted and didn't like many of the cars on the lot. I was pointed to the website that had cars from all of their connected dealerships that they could get down for me to try and hopefully buy if I like. No pressure was on me to buy anything particular that was out of my price range. I ended up buying a 2013 Hyundai Veloster, the belt started squeaking a day after I got it and they fixed it for free! I couldn't be happier with the quality of service and would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Last week we bought a 2020 Ford Hybrid Escape. Love it. Our salesman, Ken Johnson, was very helpful when our new car was delivered. Explained where everything was, answered our questions. It's our first hybrid and the manual was very helpful and easy to read. Carl and Dorothy
Terrible experience trying to purchase a used truck. The truck had several issues that were not disclosed when inquiring and inspecting the vehicle, even worse these issues were not disclosed when making a down payment prior to starting the paperwork. The issues would have gone unnoticed had I not carefully looked through the buyer's guide at the time of purchase. The truck was listed on the website and described by the salesman as a four wheel drive, even though it was a rear wheel only vehicle, another factor that would have led to me purchasing a vehicle in a configuration that was useless to me without careful reading of the buyer's guide at time of purchase. Please, be aware that these people could not care less about the customer's vehicle, and are willing to blatantly lie when describing their vehicles just to make a sale.
The entire staff is very accommodating. Offered beverages and a comfortable place to wait . No pressure tactics were used. I will continue to do business with them in the future.
