It isn't often that I can say this, but the purchasing experience was such an amazing experience. My family really didn't know what we were looking for when we began the process, but Jeff was as informed as anyone can be and he was willing to spend as much time with us as we needed. We never felt rushed during the process, and more importantly...we never felt pressured to buy. There is a reason for that, though, because the quality of the product speaks for itself. We purchased the fantasy treehouse and could not be happier with our decision. It was delivered and assembled several days ago by a crew of two men that were just as courteous and professional as the staff at the Monroe location that we purchased it from. When you compare these sets to others that are on the market, you quickly realize there is no comparison. The quality of the construction and the materials being used guarantee this is going to be a source of fun for our children for as long as they want it to be. My wife and I could not be happier with our decision to purchase from the Best in Backyards Monroe, CT. location. You can be confident that what you are purchasing is absolutely the best on the market. And don't be afraid to ask Jeff any questions you may have, he genuinely loves helping his customers be knowledgeable about their purchase to make sure they are confident in their decision and happy about their investment. Given the current social distancing situation, we wanted to get our kids outside as much as possible and decided to get a playset. After looking at several companies, and online retailers, I called Best in Backyards and talked with Tom Coyle. He took the time to answer all my questions, and help me build the best set for my family. When the installer called to schedule the install, I asked that they call back if there was any chance they could do an install sooner, and they called the next day and were able to schedule us for the next week! The installers were meticulous, they took their time and constantly ensured each component was level. The set is very sturdy, no matter how high my kids swing or how much they jump in the tree house, it doesn't move at all. We are very pleased with the set, our kids have had it for 2 days and already have had hours of fun!!

I had called Best in Backyards to see if they had any \plug and play\ hot tubs in stock. Jeff quickly checked and he saw that they had one in stock. I told him that another vendor had cancelled my order after waiting 8 weeks saying that they couldn't guarantee when they could produce it. I checked their website and now their hot tubs went from 3500 to 9500. What a surprise that they had cancelled the order. Jeff said he would have to confirm and i told him I would call back shortly. When i called back, Jeff had verified with the stockroom that there was one available but it was slated for display and another hot tub might not be available until October. He said he would speak to upper management to see if I could get the one slated for display. Jeff came through for us and we will be getting the hot tub in 2 weeks! That is excellent customer service!

Best of Backyards was a great find. We were looking for a trampoline, a specific type, and apparently we weren't the only ones. B of B had just taken an order from California! But Tom was incredibly helpful and helped me find the right trampoline and even broke the news very gently that I might have to wait a while. I just purchased a swing set for my daughter at Best In Backyards. My sales representative was Jeff Burr. He was so nice to do business with! Very informative and he allowed my daughter to enjoy playing on all the swing sets while I purchased the product. He had a camera inside the office to make sure I could see her at all times. I would recommend Best in Backyards to anyone who is interested in buying quality outdoor play equipment at a reasonable price.
