Ive lived here sice 2013 it was way better when Robert Riddle ownd it at least he would help you out and was kind it Floods if it rains hard price is outrageous they have raised rent 3 times since new owner's have taken over... the owner's are rude and look for reasons to try to kick people out me and most of my Nabors would move if we could afford to move our single wide trailers DO NOT RENT FROM THEM !
