The secretary at vital statics is rude,unprofessional and unpleasant . I did my research before I came in there so I had the proper paperwork but she was determined to not assist me in my request but I persevered and did not allow her negative attitude and lack of knowledge to distract me.For someone who works with the public her attitude is terrible

Had to go there to get my boys birth certificates because I unfortunately lost them when I was moving and I had not choice but to bring my two very hyper active yet tired 3&4 year old boys...not only where they quick about there service but helped and where understanding to my boys and tried to help by bring out coloring stuff...but also to the patience of all the folks there waiting there turn...all I can say is thank you to you all!
