Great treats! I had a few truffles and fudge, it was delicious. The woman working was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits Monroe!

I WANT to like this ice cream shop. I do. I enjoy supporting local businesses. But each time we've visited, I've been disappointed in how unfriendly their staff is. We have kids with peanut and tree nut allergies and when we ask for clarification about how their products are made and if there is anything they can do to accommodate us, we're met with an annoyed response as if they've already been asked 20 times that day. Even if there is nothing they can do to make their products (besides soft serve) safe, they could at least show some understanding for our concerns and not make my kids feel like they are an inconvenience.
Chocolate covered bacon. to be fair the chocolate covered bacon wasn't exactly the best thing I've ever eaten but the fact that they had it on the menu should speak their variety. Tons of great ice creams and excellent chocolate-covered treats, kids love this place and I love taking them there!
Cravings is such a great place to have downtown! Great customer service, yummy treats for your sweet tooth, and a great new look! Worth every penny! And some awesome owners :)

These guys are great and you get a ton of ice cream for not a lot of money.
Very understaffed. All three occasions that I've come here, there's been just one poor worker taking one order at a time with people lined out the door. Ice cream was good, I like that they have lactose-free options. The flurry mix-ins are stored too warm, especially the cookie dough; when mixed they get completely shredded.
Great place for iced drinks and ice cream. Small inside but if you are stopping in its cause your wandering down town. Stop in for a treat. its a nice place for adults and kids. Some seating outside and inside as well.
