Terrible customer service. Absolutely the worst. No returned phone calls or emails. Been trying three times a day for three days now. Nothing. Filed a dispute with Pay Pal. If I actually receive my product I’ll be astounded.

Like the other past couple individuals that left reviews. (They are spot on)I’m experiencing the same issues. Horrible customer service, absolutely HORRIBLE. Not sure about their product haven’t received it and it’s been months. COVID ...was used for my excuse . I’ll be going to my bank today to have them go after the company for my money that they took and I never received the product. Do yourself a favor and find another vendor. Not worth the aggravation and the unknown if your getting what you ordered or not. Pay someone to answer your calls or emails it’s not rocket science. Bad business simply bad business !
Ordered 6 bar chairs from their Etsy store. The order was almost two months late. Got an apology from the owner in CT, and a story about how they had to change managers, etc. there was an additional delay about how they had to give an extra treatment for chairs b/c they were going to be used outdoors... etc. the chairs finally came, some damage b/c of poor packaging, and leveling feet at the bottom had plastic torn off. Again owner apologized and said would send replacement levelers and touch up paint. a couple of months had passed and nothing. no repose to multiple inquiries. now i notice rust on the metal. so they clearly did not powered coat them properly. Very disappointed with delays, poor craftsmanship and customer service.
We ordered a keg urinal October 1st and we were promised a ship date between OCTOBER 20th and 27th . I contacted owner thru Etsy and we were promised it would be shipped on time and now it’s December 7th and no urinal or any contact from owner. I put in dispute with pay pal and still no response from HammeredIn Time. Too bad this happened was excited to receive this unique urinal and based on reviews we ordered so disappointed. Also no response for a refund either. Was going to possibly make other orders for bar stools but now with this experience taking business elsewhere. Don’t order from this business.
This review is not based on a product, but my experience with the customer service. I am sure that Hammered in Time makes quality products and I would have loved to do business with them, but for whatever reason, they decided they did not want to do business with me. I had a nice conversation with Angie after I had sent a message through email. So they actually reached out to me after seeing my message. I was told I would receive a quote through email later that night, but that was not the case. I decided to follow up a few days later, but had to leave a message on the answering machine. After not receiving a call back I attempted to email them twice to no avail. It's a bit puzzling to me. Communication just went silent on their end and I had every intention of doing business with them. I thought I finally found someone to complete the custom bar stool I was hoping to have done, but now I'm back to square one.
