I've been so impressed with the honesty. We need a new furnace and water tank. We purchased a new air conditioner and its awesome!!!!!!! I would highly recommend this company. They will be there asap if you need them!!!!! Now that's GOOD service! Very PROFESSIONAL!!!!

Carl was extremely knowledgeable and determined to give me the best product and service even though my old boiler was somewhat abstract. I am extremely happy with everyone, from the scheduler, to the dispatcher and of course, Carl, the technician and expert in resolving a significant concern with my old system. I'll be seeing them in a few months when my brand new system goes in, but for now I have security of a well maintained system going through the winter months. Steve came by to quote a new system. He was so friendly and professional. We will be having the new system put in soon.

Best place I have ever used. Another place told me I need new ac unit. They came out 2 years ago fixed line recharged it all is well. This time was yearly cleaning and inspection my tech. Was the best super nice respectful knew what he was doing. He needs raise... Thank you

I had the pleasure of having Steven Staggs as my technician. He was very knowledgeable and overall a very professional person. He came in assessed an issue I was having with my furnace and even gave me some of his personal experiences with some of the same problems. I would recommend Iceberg as well specifically Steven for the job. As far as pricing I’ve never had to deal with paying for my own heating repairs so I’m not sure how to value the services. Either way they were punctual, my technician was knowledgeable and on time.
