Marisol helped me set up my new phone with a Sim card. She was super friendly and fast. She also was multitasking helping another customer with questions. Marisol was professional and fast which I love. There is plenty of parking and the service is not expensive. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly. I was in and out 10 minutes flat, thank you Marisol :)

Horrible experience. Many times they say theyll be back in 30 minutes for lunch and ill be waiting more then 2 hours.. they are rude and horrible customer service

The manager Lisette was amazing to deal with. She made me feel at ease with my purchase. The time it took from walking in to finishing was very quick and pleasant. Store overall is clean, tidy and well organized. The manager is very knowledgeable as well. She was a huge help to bother my Fiance and myself.

Bought my son's phone here and the service was great! The lady who took care of us name was Liz, she was very patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommended and I'm impressed with the service I'm getting from metro PC's. At first I was worried a bout good connection etc, but so far its real good.
