We had a great experience with Metro Pools! I've heard horror stories of pool companies not showing up, not finishing as scheduled, etc. That was NOT our experience with Scott and Metro Pools. They communicated, showed up when they were supposed to, and everyone that came out was polite and helpful. We are looking forward to using our pool soon and for many years to come! Thanks guys!

A big shout out to Metro Pools and Patios in Monroe, Ga! We just completed our backyard dream with a fabulous in ground Tallman Fiberglass pool (Rio Grande). Scott was knowledgeable, confident and delivered on every step of the installation process. From excavating the hole to final cleaning, Scott and team were awesome to work with. Thank you to Scott and his entire team; Tyler, Wyatt, James, Levi, Hector and Andrew for doing such a good job and taking such great care of us throughout this process. We highly recommend Metro Pools and Patios for your private backyard oasis.
We have always wanted a pool and with COVID, we figured now was the perfect time. We researched and got a reference for Metro Pools. From day 1 they came in and gave us step by step details of what would happen. Of course we had to be the non-typical case and go against the grain. The approval process through environmental and planning took way longer than anyone expected but Scott went out his way to talk with them to get our case approved. He came out to our home more times then they normally would to work with the county to get our pool in. Levi provided updates via phone call and email regularly and was always available to accept our calls and answer questions. Our construction dates got pushed back due to our unforeseen issues but as soon as they got to us they got the pool in quickly! They made sure we were happy with what they were doing and accommodated our last minute requests. I appreciate the honesty they provided because they made an imperfect situation perfect as could be! Yes your yard will get destroyed because its all part of the process but is it worth it, ABSOLUTEY!!!!

I had metro pools come out and build my dream pool in our backyard. Scott and crew were amazing from the start.
