This was our first camper buying experience. It went really smooth and overall was a much better experience then I expected. Sales was pretty straight forward, we knew what we were looking for. The parts and services department were really helpful! I don’t feel like they oversold anything and we got what we needed to have a good first time on the road. Our walkthrough was really helpful and I feel like he really explained things that made it easy for us to newbies to understand. He also went over some tips and tricks to get it level and I am happy to report we were able to get it leveled within a few minutes once we were home using the leveling block system. I should add, we have never leveled a camper before. When getting our hitch installed the guy who helped us was so kind and even offered to hook up the back up camera while we were there. He was honestly super nice and had amazing customer service. I fully expected to leave with the camper feeling slimey and under prepared to take it on the road. Happy to report we do not feel that way and are overall really happy with our purchase and the service they provided.

We had a completely enjoyable experience working with Amanda and Kevin. Both were fantastic, personable, efficient. Came in to test drive a Jeep, but purchased a 2015 Mustang Convertible instead. Highly, highly recommend Open Road!!
