Extremely good, honest, and reliable. I called Phelps Heating and Air Conditioning to do a complete check of my air conditioning after another Company did an extremely poor job and reported an incorrect and dishonest diagnostic to my maintenance warranty company in which was denied. I was completely satisfied with Phelps technicians the one who did the diagnostic and pricing and the second technician who did the repair and installation. They were experienced and professional. The receptionist was very helpful she was also respectful and professional. I would recommend Phelps for your Heating and air conditioning needs.

We had nothing but problems out of our unit (which was not properly installed by the previous company) We decided to get a new and better unit installed by Phelps. We could not be any more pleased with the job their crew did on the installation. They made sure everything was working properly before they left. I wish i had taken some before pictures, because the upstairs/inside unit and work looks amazing and so neatly done! I actually have storage space in my attic now! Thank you Phelps for doing a great install.
