While extremely friendly, it was clear they were having an off day. Didn't seem to know about my car or its battery. Then, after a few mistakes led to a fuse cap inside my engine, business owner refused to come assist because he was \so busy.\ However, he towed my car for free to the service location after the mistake and covered the cost of the lost fuse. Tow process was smooth and efficient.
Initially contacted Snoork Towing via Yelp to provide services from my home to repair shop of disabled Acura. Snoork Towing owner (Filip) was quick to respond & based on required tow mileage we agreed to price & pickup time. Filip arrived at the agreed time driving a very clean tilt tow vehicle. Filip was both professional & courteous and immediately offered/provided battery testing/jump in event towing could be prevented. Confirming battery was not the problem, vehicle was loaded, appropriately secured, towed & unloaded at repair facility. Snoork Towing provided friendly professional services from initial contact to their completed services. Based on my experience, Snoork Towing is easily a five-star recommendation.
Quick and very polite. It was dark and raining and they changed my tire quicker than I expected. Very courteous!
