I can't say enough great things about the crew at Speedway RV. We first met with them at the Seattle RV show to look at a camper we were considering. Stacie greeted us and was fantastic. One month later we were out in Monroe, WA at Speedway RV ordering our new camper. First, let me say that at no time during our entire relationship with Speedway RV (14 months) have we been disappointed or let down. The sales people, finance people and service people are TOP NOTCH! Our order process and financing were seamless. It was such an easy process and it was pleasant! The dealership helped us make sure our truck was properly outfitted for the camper and their Chevy dealership next doors even handles the maintenance/service on our truck. From the ownership to the frontline people, Speedway RV clearly has a winning team. Todd in finance has been fantastic and still helps us get our truck and camper up to Monroe when we need service. Stacie and the Jasons in service have been nothing short of solution oriented, positive and helpful no matter what comes up. They have been outstanding! And Chuck, in ownership, is great too. At every level, Speedway RV is there to support your purchase and ownership. We feel we have been taken care of by the whole team and that everyone pitches in. No one says, \That's not my job.\ or anything similar. Everyone we have dealt with is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and service oriented. They're a fun group too, which makes everything better! It has been a pleasure to work with Speedway RV for the last 14 months of RV ownership and we sincerely look forward to working with them in the future. Purchased a new 35ft travel trailer paid approximately 35,000 after it was delivered we discovered several issues with mechanisms that either did not work or did not work correctly. I called Speedway RV they refused to come out to fix them. Before purchasing they were willing to do anything after purchase they blew me off. Buy from Speedway RV at your own risk. Harold

Adam was the best! He was very patient with me and thoroughly explained everything that was done to my Georgetown 3. Also, Charlie did a TERRIFIC job in fixing my camera system after another RV service dept. had really messed it up when installing it NEW under warranty. In addition, they even tracked down 2 mice that were chewing everything in sight!!! To me, that's TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I highly recommend Speedway RV in Monroe. Service person, Nathan, is wonderful and very knowledgeable... Other than that, we are not pleased. We love our new trailer but not happy that we had to take out time to get door swapped out due to damage in shipping, they did not make plate as promised and to top it off, when we picked up the plate we were told we still owe 546.00. we have already paid in full and did not appreciate having to wait around to be told they don't know what the charge is for....
