I went in to make a deposit at 1:01 pm. I needed to take care of a name change and check ordering issue and was told it would be a few minutes. I just left after 35 minutes of sitting. I usually use another branch but felt like I’d try my local one today. Mistake! I’ve never sat and waited this long for service. Worst experience. I’ll continue to do my banking with the other branch where they actually know my name and help customers in a timely manner.

Let me just say I wouldn't put a penny in this usless bank. Waited 30 minutes for a banker to assist me, then she walks out ask a lady if she needed help who had been there maybe 10 minute . I must have had on the wrong color, ummmm shoes.

1 800 Customer Service was a big help, if only it matched the Branch actions. Branch needs to let Synovous Customer Service know that this branch is different from ALL other locations.

I've been banking with this bank for 20 Years and I have seen their customer service slowly decline. It has not been a very good banking experience. The fees that they charge you are exorbitant. Once they get your money you have no recourse. It saddens me to be treated with the disrespectful attitude towards the customers that have trusted them to handle their money responsibly. What has brought us to this end ?
