Initially I was very excited I found a \quality\Company to maintain a small pond in my back yard. I spoke with a woman named Diane who set up an appointment for me. She was unprofessional and was a little condescending from the start. That should have been my clue. The pond needed a good cleaning but had no other concerns such as holes or leaks and held all of its water. Once the 2 men came and worked on the pond thats where all the problems began. After 2 days after the gentlemen had completed the cleaning, the pond completely emptied. I called back Diane and without truly listening to my claim, was saying her men couldn't have created any problems and there must have been a leak somewhere prior..... After the two gentlemen returned with a new bill, now the pond will hold no water at all. So far they have made the problem worse. I am still waiting for my problems to Be resolved. Diane said she would resend someone to check but noone has returned!! Let's see how this story ends......Continuing the saga, Diane stated that the owner was coming to look at the problem but never showed....do yourself a favor and stay away!!
I've using this company for all my ponds needs. Junior and his helper are fantastic. Thank you again for taking care of my pond.
Diane & crew are always professional and make every effort to schedule as quickly as possible; cleaning of pond is exceptional!
