These guys are SCAM. Don’t waster your money on this stupid website. Fake contact number and fake email. Tried calling them so many times but no one answers. Don’t know how to do a simple business.

My order arrived in a timely manner via USPS (about 11 business days after it was placed) The status of the order remained as \Processing\ on the website. I find it hard to call this \my\ order though since very little of what was on my order actually arrived. I ordered a red hookah - blue arrived. I ordered an ice hose gift box - it was missing the foils, foil punch, and lolipop tip that was supposed to be included. I ordered a 50g box of each of the following flavors: mint, jasmine, rose, strawberry cream, and grapefruit (plus a mystery flavor from the gift box) - I recieved blueberry, cherry, berry, al-fakher mint (which I ordered), extreme mint, gum with mint, al-waha mint (3 additional mint flavors - I anticipated 1 for the mystery gift box, but 3!? I don't even like mint that much!) yay for extra products I didn't order, but now I've got to order the 4 flavors I actually want from another company. The company doesn't respond to facebook messages and all email addresses don't work. Prices are great, but don't get your heart set on what you ordered being what you get. If you're laidback and enjoy a little mystery - and a lot of mint - go for it.
I didn't receive my order. No tracking number. All emails are wrong. There's no way you can contact seller. I will dispute payment. They are fraud. We should all report them.
Mu order received late due to some personal problems Mariam facing , to satisfy customer Mariam from power hookah sent me extra premium hookah, coconut coals , face masks, tips etc thanks for the extra products you sent me...power hookah proved customer satisfaction is very important with this way ..Appreciate her comeback
Was skeptical at first because of the reviews but it came surprisingly fast and the hookah was great
