I am a customer in good standing. We are moving. During the process of moving they cut the power off on me at our new residence. Probably my fault that I didn’t get it moved over in time, I will admit that part. My problem is I called them immediately to have it resolved and get back to our move (this was before the man could leave our neighborhood). The customer service rep was helpful and got my account set up quickly. Then she told me we couldn’t get it turned on until the next day... funny it wasn’t difficult to turn it off today. She offered to have it turned on today but for a few of 50! The man was still sitting in his truck in my neighborhood! The supervisor tried to explain how much it cost them to have the man drive his truck to my house to turn it back on, all bull in my opinion and a complete scam to get 50 more dollars out of a customer in good standing. Just needed to vent about a complete failure in customer service on a day when I needed them to help me.

We purchased underground power on a new home construction. We were told by the engineer that we would get a 500 rebate after the home was completed. I told him that I had a tankless water heater that ran on propane, but still required electricity to work. He said we would be fine and get the rebate. After waiting on a rep to come to my home, who was nearly a hour late, he told me that the water heater needed to be totally electric to get the rebate. I came home for lunch to wait on this guy. I had to call the company because he had not showed up. I was told that he called and the phone was disconnected. They have both my personal and work cell phone number, which the guy had used to return my call to schedule the meeting a couple of days ago. They said that they had the wrong number in the system. I called on my work cell and left a voicemail with my personal cell number on it. We agreed to meet at my place at a certain time. If this is a preview of the customer service, I can’t honestly recommend or give any positive reviews of this company.

Started out great - called customer service back for questions and I've been on hold for 45 minutes. Canceling service before I make this mistake again.
