We purchased a very expensive 20 foot evergreen that was picked up by our landscaper. The tree was unhealthy and covered in moss upon arrival. The tree is also bowed terribly. I have three of the same type of trees (from another nursery but they did not have any more) and I do know how to take care of them. The tree is not thriving and the moss is taking over the tree despite picking it off. The tree is getting the right amount of sun, water, etc.... my other three are thriving beautifully. We contacted Woods Creek to see if they had a warranty or would be willing to replace the tree with another variety. Our landscaper would return the unhealthy tree. Unfortunately this nursery refused. The whole experience has been quite sad. The bow has increasingly worsened despite being staked properly in four different places and the branches continue to die and break off. It will not be a matter of waiting three years to see if the tree begins to thrive. The tree is the focal point for the front of the house and unfortunately we will need to remove it

This is one of the best nurseries we have been to this year. They have the greatest hostas, they grow on site. Everything they sell is very healthy looking. This is our 2nd trip in a week and we will be out here again
Great selection and helpful staff. The place to go for trees.
First time at a nursery with the purpose of buying multiple plants for our property. We had an idea but we were definitely needing help Sally greeted us immediately and was helpful the entire time. She pointed out a great selection of options based off our needs and was very knowledgeable about different trees and shrubs. It was a great experience and we left happy and confident in our choices. The selection and nursery are beautiful. I would recommend to anyone.
