First time customer and nothing but positives for the gang at Monroeville Kia. Made the ordering/ buying experience an enjoyable one. Was kept in the loop on the processing / delivery of my new vehicle. The purchase process was smooth as can be. The staff provides a pressure free atmosphere which only enhanced the experience. I didn’t feel rushed and my questions were answered completely. Genuine care was given to make sure I was completely satisfied. Huge shout out to GM Alan Deal for running a great team. Special shout-out to Tyler and Irvin who I dealt with directly. If you’re in the market give these folks a shot at earning your business you won’t be disappointed!!

While on our way to purchase a Hyundai Tucson, we happened to stop in at Monroeville Kia, and ended up buying their 2020 demo Kia Sportage. The car offered the pearl white exterior with black leather interior, a color scheme that Hyundai did not. Tyler, our sales rep, and Rich, the sales manager, were easy-going, helpful and very pleasant to work with; they were also not aggressive, but up front in the negotiation process, and we were able to arrive at a price we could both agree on. We would highly recommend this dealership over the many others we had visited.

These guys were a pleasure to deal with ...I dealt with Jason and he was great! He got my daughters care in on Friday morning and was finished at 12:30. I wish I caught the other guys name because he was helpful also....definitely will go back when needed.
