After having a lengthy phone call outlining my particular situation and needs Marcus told me someone would call me and tackle measurments etc relating to the drapery project I needed. Well no call back, go figure.. I definitely won't do business with someone who promises they will help then totally forget you and shine you on. Total incompetence.
