The park shows as open on Google maps but when we went to visit this place, all the roads and the park was closed completely with no update to the public.

Beautiful place to hike. Plenty of parking on the way up to the entrence. Very scenic still, but there was a decent amount of graffiti in some spots.
Beautiful place, nice trails. I wish people would be more respectful. There’s lot of trash and you’ll see rangers either picking it up or painting over some graffiti.
People often ignore the trailhead or just overlook it. But this trail is quite nice especially in the afternoon. It will be mostly under the shadow and is very suitable for hiking. Afternoon is also easier to find parking. So you should stop by to enjoy it. Lots of water now.
It's ridiculous how many times this park is closed without notifying the public. The national park site and the local sits say it's open yet they have signs every day that you will be fined for walking on public lands. They need to update their hours and availability so that people don't drive an hour just to find out the park is closed.
