I visit this outstanding restaurant once a month since I enjoy the special air that is part of this restaurant. The staff is exceptionally cordial and professional. The service is deeply quick. Also, the food you eat is first-rate. I ate there often and I was always delighted. The expense is modest. I highly suggest this place to to all.

If I could give a 0 rating { or less{ I would do so. I called 3 times this afternoon and was told each time that they are too busy serving dinner to take my order. I asked for the manager, and was told he was unavailable to talk to me. I had a large order, but was rebuffed each time. Not only will I not recommend this restaurant I will tell everyone I know, not to patronize this place. One time I was told to order online. I went online, but had a question and there was no way to get to a live person to talk to. NEVER AGAIN!! There are other good restaurants in The Monsey area. the person I spoke to was extremely cold\u003c brief and dismissing. Don't they want the business? DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE Cipi Lobel
The wait service was amazing. We had a waitress by the name of Dora. She gave us suggestions and really showed that she cared. All the wait stuff was kind, polite and caring. The food presentation was beautiful. They really presented the plates as a work of art. The food itself was generous. Keep in mind that for two, the bill came out to over 150.00. They use a lot of flavor. So, if you want bland food, don't look here. I'd go back and perhaps order differently. I didn't enjoy the spicy chicken dish. But, maybe not the ribs or soup. All in all, I gave it 4 stars.
