Best customer service, and they also keep up the Maintenance on machines!! I will be using them again. I’ve called when I was in a pinch time wise, and they made it happen skid steer delivery same day .

Sanford and the guys here are one of the best in town to rent from. Great equipment all the way up to a 12,000 lb cab excavator! Great prices too.

Happy with the service but not with the final price I was charged. I was very thorough on the phone, asking many questions, and was told their would be no surcharges. The rental I was told would be 150 a day up to 8hrs of use, plus the fuel used. I ran the machine 6.5hrs and refilled the fuel. My final bill ended up being 316. I was charged an additional 70 fee for delivery and another 70 for pickup. This business runs shady old school practices to trick you out of your hard earned money. I am writing this review to warn customers and hope they heed my advice to stay away and shop smart!

I was quoted 350 for the weekend and when I went to pick the machine up the price went to 495... should have been my red flag but decided to rent it anyway....when I got my bank statement they took 628.19 from my account...when I called and ask why!!!they said they charged me a additional 80 cleaning fee...I was recommended there by the guys that work for the Hamilton county school maintenance... But after telling them how I was charged they told me they was sorry for recommending this place and it made them look bad and they wouldn't be back there for anymore rentals themselves....so I will never be back there AND I will never recommend them to anyone..
