Took my ebike to Vinny and he was amazing. I had just replaced a bunch of spokes in my rear hub and needed the wheel to be tried, balanced and to make sure the tension was correct. Dropped the bike off and was able to get it back same day. The owner Vinny, was super nice and accommodating, there are many bike shops near where I live but none were able to return the wheel in a decent amount of time. I traveled 30 minutes to get to the bike shop and would definitely go back again.

Awesome services! The guys are so cool! Updated 3/5/20 This is definitely the best bike shop. The guys here clearly know about bikes and care about giving you the best experience in the shop. I wanted an upgrade to my Fuji 2.7, so Chris went above and beyong with me, and understood exactly what i was looking for. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to help every step of the way! Highly recommended!

Best bike shop in New Jersey! Everything is outstanding at Diamond Cycles from their wide selection of bikes to the service. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had my Giant bike fully serviced by them and when the bike was returned to me it rode as if it was brand new.

Needed spokes on rear wheel with trueing. Have had this done elsewhere for more money and 4 times the wait for completion. Dropped it off yesterday at 1:30 with a promise for today. Got a call at 5:30 yesterday it was ready. Amazing!!!

For a few years running, I've brought pretty much every one of my high-end, performance bikes here for service. They've never once let me down. Craig, Chris, Vinnie and Joe are all accomplished mechanics, who have always been able to solve every problem I've brought their way. And the problems only get harder as you get into the performance market (hydraulic disk brakes, electronic shifting, and more). So consider: they don't routinely sell bikes at my price point, but I routinely bring my bikes to their shop for service, instead of to the shops that I've bought them at. I think that says it all. Now I just need to figure out a way to buy my next bike from them. ;)
