I have never been so happy that my sons phone broke and we accidently drove by Giant RV in Montclair! We were never pressured to make a purchase. In fact, I would say it was the opposite. We had so may questions and everyone (from the salesman to the manager to the finance office) answered all of our questions and ensure we were able to get exactly what we needed. They were in constant contact while we were waiting for our trailer. Once our trailer arrived and we were ready to take her home, they took as much time as we need ensure we knew how to operate the trailer as well as hook it up. We are so in love with our RV Life! Thank you Glenn, Greg, Steve and the men in the finance office (since you both helped us!) Go see them!!!
Just started looking and the team was very helpful. We let them know up front we were no buying for a while but they showed us and spent time like we were buying now.
Poor customer service. I have a Pleasure Way B class that needs to get its battery fixed. I called multiple times but no one’s ever answers. When I leave voicemails they don’t return my calls. One time my call actually went through and they said, “oh my God, AGAIN?” If you want to fix a car, you have to wait 2 months to book an appointment then wait another 3-4 weeks until they actually take a look at your car. It’ll take another couple of weeks until they order the parts THEN they begin to fix the car. If you want to buy a car from them and need your RV to be fixed, your RV will be there for half a year.
