This was such a much needed home improvement and Gail and Tom were fantastic to work with. Both were very kind and very knowledgeable. Tom walked us through the process from our energy audit - which was humbling - to completion, explaining where all of the home's weak points were and addressing them. The rebate and financing program made this a no brainer. We now actually have insulation in our walls, where we had none, and our attic, basement, and front porch have had their leaks sealed off and done right. My wife and I are super happy with the whole experience and can't recommend Gail and Tom enough!

A random phone call to Home Energy Diagnostics led to a very seamless experience. After Tom's thorough inspection of our home and attic, it was determined that we would benefit from the sealing of all possible heat escapes and additional blown in insulation throughout the attic floor area. The installation was completed in one day with very little disruption. Our goal was to reduce the heat escaping into the attic. It appears we have reached this goal, as we are already noticing a difference in our room temperatures. Tom and Gail made the whole process simple, assisting in the rebate and loan process. I highly recommend anyone looking to have an energy audit on their home contact them.
