I came across this spot for a quick lunch. I ordered the aloo gobi lunch meal online and it came to a little over 10. When I arrived I found parking on the street nearby. I walked in and one of the servers greeted me. The place was very cute and had a unique fragrance smell in the restaurant. I told the server my name and he handed me my food. When I got in I ate and for a lunch meal, there was plenty of food. It not only had the cauliflower and potatoes, it also had mushrooms and chickpeas. I also got the roti. The food was spicy but pretty good. I will definitely go back and try more things.

Great food! I ordered the Butter Chicken and it came in a big quantity. Large quantities of very good quality food! The naans were huge! Dal Bhukhara was excellent!

Jalwa is a modern take on a classic. Many of the dishes have unique naming conventions and adds that bit of twist that is needed for a frequenter of many Indian residents like myself, and newcomers rest assured you will be greatly appeased by the many options the menu has to offer along with their great desserts. For apps we had the chaat, the gobi, and a kebab sampler, mains was the lamb Tikka Masala, and their HUGE naans, which we LOVED and thought they were so flavorful even just on their own. Last but not least had to indulge in a gulab jamun and some paan rasmali. Both are perfect compliments of each others. Would highly recommend checking out Jalwa, looking like it's going to be new local favorite!

This was one of the most delicious Indian food experiences. I've been enjoying Indian cuisine for a very long time, and have experienced it traveling throughout India too. This restaurant is top-notch. My mother agreed. Kudos! Looking forward to trying their other dishes soon.

Visited this restaurant on Saturday night and I cannot say enough incredible things about the food, service, and overall experience we had!! The garlic nan was HUGE, shahi murgh korma was phenomenal, but most of all, the chef went out of his way to make us an INCREDIBLE cauliflower appetizer that truly made our night!! Thank you so much for a memorial date night and the extraordinary hospitality displayed by every employee working in this establishment!! 10/10, highly recommended

Ok so this is 10000% honest opinion from entering to exiting.... Service: phenomenal!!! Very respectful and extremely attentive. Dining area: very cozy and modern only gripe is table are a bit small Food: amazing!!!! Like literally amazing!!! The taste and freshness was beyond expectations!!!!!

We just ordered for the first time this weekend and loved everything from the tender, crispy samosas and flavorful chicken tikka masala to the spicy dal bKorea. and creamy vegetable korma. The dahi aloo papri was a perfect starter with all the sweet, tangy, crunchy bits. Our takeout service was excellent but I can't wait to stop by for lunch or dinner in person soon.

Incredible food...charming service (thanks Vikay). Learned that it was part of the famous Bukhara Grill group. Loved their restaurant in NYC, but now we don't need to endure tolls and traffic.Their black dal was incredible. We will be back
