I went here trying to get depo shot and because the location I usually go to is in a different city and they didn’t have my records they couldn’t help me. It would have been nice for the lady at the front desk to provide me with this information before making me sit and wait during a pandemic just to be told they couldn’t help me. To make matters worst I told the lady at the front desk this was my first time coming to this location. They need to train their staff better. It says no where in your website that certain locations aren’t linked with records. Also train your staff to make them more knowledgeable before they make you sit and wait only to be told that they can’t help you. Thank you for waiting my day and time.

Extremely long wait time and some of the staffs are very rude and dismissive.

I went in for the abortion pill today and I was very disappointed. The receptionist told me, very dismissively, I’d have to make an appointment. According to the information on the website it states I could walk in for the abortion pill. She insisted that’s not how it worked. Perhaps update your website info?! Mind you, the abortion pill is a time sensitive matter because it needs to be taken by 10 weeks. And they only provide it on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Which defeats the whole purpose of this being a more “convenient” method, what if those days don’t work for someone? In my case I have kids and I was planning on having it administered today so tomorrow I could take the second dose and bleed out at home on Saturday since I don’t have to drop off my kids at school and I can get them proper childcare. I thought PP was a women-friendly facility but this place just makes it difficult. I recommend going to the East Orange office. The staff is courteous, professional and far more receptive than any other PPNJ I have ever been to and I’ve been a patient for over 20 years.

This was my second visit here. The first time was pleasant and I was taken only a little later then my appointment start time. The second time I was a walk-in client. I was the first person in line and waited about 30 minutes to be seen-not terrible considering you can't make an appointment for birth control shots. Front desk staff are pleasant and the people in the back are very friendly. I definitely recommend this location!

Recently I visited for limited services (testing). Yes you may wait a little but it all depends on the staffing. Sometimes when they are short staff is only reason why wait may be long. I came to this location last year & this year the whole staff is NEW. Therefore I had no issues like the reviews I just read. Also I was told that there are only 2 reps who answer calls at call center for all 5 locations. No calls come directly to the clinic therefore sometimes you may be on hold a while especially when it's only 1 rep handling calls for all 5 locations as I was explained. You are better off making an appt online or going in person. Overall my visit was great...
