Its now been 21 days 16 days for them to reflash/unlock a tuner - spoke with a fella last week May 8th 2019 about where my tuner is as it was sent next day May 1st 2019. It is now the May 16th 2018 and the second phone call after 2 unanswered emails, the tuner is now being sent back. Why has it taken 16 days to unlock the tuner and not even ship it out yet. Very unhappy with their service. Why use ppe when you have to send them your tuner on your own dime for them to unlock when you can call EDGE and get them to do it over the phone. I will gladly sell this tuner when I get it and go to EDGE or bullydog Edit - Just got an email from UPS stating I now owe 91.xx for importation for a warranty/repair as your shipper listed it as a \sale\ On top of the fact that your employee gave me false information on shipping dates I believe it was Rick. Having sent 2 emails which remain unanswered and having to call 2 times to get the ball moving. To now your shipping filling out the customs paperwork incorrectly and UPS wanting to charge me an additional 91.xx . Could the manager please give me a call to sort this out as I am not a very happy customer as you could imagine by this review. Make it so my review of PPE isn't absolutely appalling and negative
Good shop Dan is a cool guy and will take care of you. They're super busy so plan to wait to get your truck in, but it's definitely worth the wait. Great products and service....
Drove 90 miles under the impression they could work on my truck, but found an over-zealous employee \likes to\ exaggerate their capabilities (they were over-booked). Eric gave me complimentary diagnostics--but I still had to find a shop. Clean waiting room, plenty of parking.
If there is an fit issue with their product the problem is yours not theirs. Issue with silicone radiator hoses for a Duramax and the only help you get from them is put some silicone lubricant on it and it should fit, it didn't. Now have a spare set of hoses that do not fit.
