Yes. You do wait, but I’d rather wait here where it is professional than wait a shorter time with un-answered questions. Staff is nice! Place is clean! The nice lady up front is perfect for the job! She is a nice! I like the social distancing as well....

I gave 3 stars due to the waiting time. I had an appointment for 11.15 but it took 45 mins for to actually get to the doctor for consultation. The staff is nice. Good facility, neat and tidy. You’ve ample parking spots as Banc of California and Alarcon Urology shares the building. The center is at the second floor. Might update the rating based on the follow up appointments.

My grandfather comes here and i bring him the wait was horrible took us 3 hours here just for a quick follow up. There was 8 people in the waiting room no social distance 1 person with there mask off they should be more attentive to this situation especially with covid going on and mostly is elderly people in here. And no one cleans the chairs or doorknobs its a disaster waiting to happen

On a follow up session one of the doctors forgot about me. After a long wait it took a nurse to finally come over & figure out what I was waiting for. Even then I waited longer for the doctor to write the prescription. To boot he had me take a clinical test, but never got any results. It’s bill made it’s way to me, however. For the next visit I opted to wait to see Dr. Alarcon. But on the evening before my appointment the office called me to reschedule because the doctor was going to be out of the office. It was close to Thanksgiving. I relayed the experience I had during my prior visit to the office manager. I also explained that I had been experiencing some pain but had been holding out to see Dr. Alarcon. I explained to her that I was only available Friday because of my job. She proceed to offer that I come in that evening (it was traffic rush hour). Or she suggested Monday. I explained that was impossible I could not get there on time that evening, nor was I available on Mondays. Thus she really had not offered me anything. She said I had twisted her words. What I explained to the office manager seems pretty reasonable to me, and I don’t see the reason I had to be antagonized. More than anything I’m disappointed, my condition makes it so that I really need to see Dr. Alarcon and to be treated this way by the staff is very disheartening.
