I started using this location once the other one (next to AMC Montebello) closed now. After 5 visits, I can say they are always quick, efficient, organized and quiet (bad for them). No issues ever. Unclear if payout is comparable to other places but I would absolutely recommend this place.

Wish I could give less than one star. Staff is rude and incompetent. Did not put items on the scale for more than a second not even enough time for the scale to settle, also the bins were partially on the ground not even centered on the scale. When I asked why I had twice as much as the time before and got half as much I got a shoulder shrug and \ I don't know just started yesterday\. Then I ask when was the last calibration...no idea, and would not put me in touch with anybody who would know. Also their website is inactive. Very shady, sure they are ripping people off. WILL be reporting them!
