Awesome staff! Very knowledgeable on the area and attractions. The free postcards were very welcome and loved by all my friends/family who received them (had to complete survey about info centre to receive them). Had a laugh about the 24min parking though! What a random length of time!!??

Pam and Cathy were extremely helpful and professional! They were enthusiastic, wonderful ambassadors for the city of Monterrey. They helped us obtain a memorable place to stay....and referred us to an unforgettable activity - whale watching - we saw many sea lions and humpback whales feed for over an hour...it was surreal...Thank you Pam and Cathy!
