While all of our courses are steeped in the rich spiritual traditions of Daoism and Buddhism, they focus on the underlying spiritual truths present in these traditions. We take a non-dogmatic approach to energetic and spiritual education. You don’t have to adhere to any particular spiritual tradition as your worldview in order to greatly benefit from the work we do together.
