The cheese green tea was so tasty. I would definitely recommend this because Half n half doesn't have salted cheese.

There are tables and cozy sofas which are good to play board game (but not sure if the owner agree to do so). Also sells fresh cut fruits and strawberries.

The Hong Kong milk tea was really REALLY incredible. Creamy and smooth without taking away from the overall flavor. The boba left a little to be desired though. A little less soft than I would have liked.

This place is very reminiscent of Taiwanese tea house. Most of the drinks or just that drinks with a very limited selection of foods and desserts. The staff is nice enough but doesn't really seem to speak ptolemaic to English. We had the lemon tea with a slice of Lady M cake and it was good but for literally a slice of Lady M cake it was quite expensive. It's next to a bunch of other choices that I think are a little bit better as far as selection goes but that night we went to try something new

Good tea, but strawberry cheese teas are limited. Good and fast customer service!

Staff are friendly on a professional level. Like other boba places in Monterey Park, they have background music that can vary (not limited to English music). Personally, I've only ordered a single drink from there (Puff Cream Bubble Milk Tea), and I liked it. I can't give my opinion on other drinks. They have a small and large size for all of their drinks with their prices listed on a television screen directly above the register. Inside there are window counter seats and other small tables, with one section devoted large and single-cushion couches. They also have free Wi-Fi.

One of the best milk teas in the 626, closer to the tea end on the spectrum of milk teas (opposite is the sweet end). Favorite drink was the Taiwanese milk tea, no ice, half sweet. Usually always served in a normal size, but rarely the cashier offers me a large size with missing volume (cost savings?). Also on the menu is cream cheese foamy tops, matcha flavors, random confectionaries like oreo and chocolate, and natural fruits. Overall I would definitely recommend this tea restaurant for traditional milk teas.
