This is the worse postal office in the entire nation. The personnel is incompetent, unprofessional, discriminative with 9 out of 10 customers and their managers are even worse. Someone from headquarters needs to come and check on this particular office immediately before USPS reflect losses in all aspects. Even the mailmen feel threatened by this office. I feel sorry for them. Feedback of people is for a reason and no wonder this office has a really bad rating.

I've been using the Monterey USPS location for 5 years. There was not a single time when the employees were not professional, courteous and efficient. I especially would like to compliment Steve, who assisted me throughout these years with multiple shipments, passport preps, money orders.. you name it. Steve is competent, professional and fast. Thank you!
Terrible. Tiny parking lot, nowhere to drop off prepaid packages or letters like any other post office does. Don’t ever go here.
I feel like all the staff here should be let home and should not give them such a good job offer because they didn't learn how to respect others and never give anyone help with looks makes no difference from cold-blooded animals
Very terrible service! I never write any bad review for any store. This is the first one I ever wrote. It is not my first time here. I thought my first experience here was just an incident. But still my second and third times here still that bad. The workers here are rude and they didn’t spend time to explain how they charge the fees. They just ask me to deal it myself and come back when I am ready.
