What a GEM! This gang produces amazing quality ingredients for the food bars as specified by ME. I have been so impressed by the customer service, and the quick response time to my (millions) of questions. I just love that this is a family owned and operated shop- they have a shorthand and rapid communication stream that is born of working together for a lifetime.
